Devoted son of the late Wilmer M. and Mary Ann (nee Wolfe) Foor. Caring grandfather of China Leigh Foor of Blanchester, OH., Sean M. (Sonya) Foor of Cincinnati, OH., Reagan M. (Scott) Hutchison of Cincinnati, OH., and Serina N. Foor of Marietta, GA. Served in the US Navy for 20 years and retired as Chief Hospitalman Member of First Baptist Church in Blanchester
