Wilma Jean McMullen, 84, of Loveland, Ohio, passed away on December 20, 2021 with her family at her side. She was the beloved mother of Jack McMullen and Lance (Connie) McMullen; loving grandmother of Kevin, John, Amber, Katie, Sam, Nikki, and Joshua; proud great-grandmother of six. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. McMullen; son, Leroy McMullen; parents, Norman Scaggs and Effie Owens; brother, Bob Scaggs. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service.  Interment will take place at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, Ohio.
