Devoted daughter of the late James Melvin and Flossie Marie (nee Barker) Carter. Caring grandmother of Shannon Doyle and Albert Cox. Dear sister of Geneva McKeehan, Danny Carter, Howard Carter and the late Ed Carter. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Graduated from Mason High School.
