Wilma J. Palmer was born August 17, 1933 to Haskel Beasley and Thiena Owens and passed away September 2, 2018 at the age of 85. She is survived by her son-in-law, Rick Connors; grandchildren, Makailee Connors and Megan Connors. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by her husband, Lester Palmer; a daughter Margaret Juanita Connors; and 2 brothers.
