Wilma Sue (nee Bays) Blevins of Goshen, OH, went home to be with the Lord on June 25, 2024, at the age of 86. Wilma was born on June 10, 1938, in Harlan County, KY to Caleb and Lida Bays.

She is survived by three sons, Randy (Pam) Blevins of Goshen, OH, Dennis Edward Blevins Sr. of West Union, OH, and Roger (Julie) Blevins of Goshen, OH; two daughters, Tammy Sue Whitaker of Maineville, OH and Melinda (Jimmy) Rowan of Owensville, OH; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter; two brothers, Larry (Charlotte) Bays and David (Patricia) Bays; sister, Barbara Bays; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Wilma is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Edward Blevins; parents, Caleb T and Lida (nee Mayne) Bays; sister, Mary Ellis and brother, Frank Bays.

Friends will be received from 10 AM to 11 AM on Saturday, June 29 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 11 AM on Saturday. Pastor Paul Anglin officiating.

Interment will take place at Blanchester I.O.O.F Cemetery.
