Willis P. Davis of Blanchester. Beloved husband for 63 years of Edith F. Highley Davis, dear father of Willa (Lawrence) Whitaker and Debbie (Michael) Schalk, loving grandfather of Larry Whitaker,Jr. and his life partner, Steve Howe, Shannon (Jeff) Groendyke, Raven (Rey) Rodriguez, Danielle (Charles) Morris, and great grandfather of 5 great grandchildren. Willis died on Sept. 23, 2010 at age 85. Willis proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theater.
