Cherished brother of Earl McDowell, Theodis "Buddy" (Anna) McDowell, O'Gilbert (Mae Willie) McDowell, Melvin (Julia) McDowell, Carrie Dean Millsap, Josephine (Bruce) Carroll, Sadie McDowell, Albert (JaeKwong) McDowell and Boyd (Peggy) McDowell. Preceded in death by his mother and father, Jack and Willie Mae McDowell, Brothers; John and Bobby McDowell and a sister.
