Bill Phillips of Clarksville, TN., formerly of Cincinnati. Beloved husband of Mary Lou (Todd) Phillips, dear son of the late Warren Wm. Phillips, and Velma Nort, loving father of Allen Wells, Paul Phillips, Rich Phillips, Billy Phillips, Gary Phillips, Becky Kukla, Harold Mc Intosh, Brabara Heidt, Danny Mc Intosh, caring brother of the late Ida Samples, Agnes Phillips, Nella Fee, and proud grandpa of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
