Beloved wife of Shirley Oren Lucas. Loving father of Justin Robert Lucas, Ryan James Lucas and Devon William Lucas. Devoted son of Janice Spiegal Lucas Regan and the late Robert Lucas. Caring brother of Robert Lucas. Services were held at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Cincinnati The family has requested memorial gifts in Bill's memory be directed to the Bill Lucas Memorial Fund in care of Fifth Third Bank, 10708 Loveland Madeira Rd., Loveland, OH 45140
