William H. of Loveland. Loving husband of Gloria (nee Gurin) Over. Dear father of Kevin (Sheila) Over, Jim (Patricia) Over, and Jerry (Susan) Over. Beloved step-father of Marianne Abrams, and Michael (Joni) Abrams. Proud grandfather of Shane, Stephanie, Michael, Matthew, and Patrick Over, Muriel Renfrow, Phillip Heil, and Tina Heil. William was a US Marine and WWII Veteran Family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Clermont Educational Opportunities Scholarship Fund, 119 W. Main St. Amelia, OH 45102, or to Hospice of Cincinnati 4310 Cooper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45242
