Beloved father of Brian (Vicki) Cook, Blaine (Debra) Cook, Brenda McFarland, the late William David Cook, Jr., and the late Joseph Brent Cook. Proud grandfather of eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and one great great grandson. Dear brother of James Luther Cook. Passed away January 7, 2020 at the age of 85. A memorial services will be held at Branch Hill United Methodist Church at a later date.
