William Eugene (Bill) Stauter, of Cincinnati, Ohio, died November 17, 2025, at the age of 87. Bill was born June 22, 1938, to Dale and Lois (Lynch) Stauter of Homer, Illinois. After receiving his B.S. in business from the University of Illinois, Bill moved to Dayton, OH, where he met his wife Geraldine (Crane) Stauter, to whom he was married until her death in 2017.  Bill's long career included work at NCR and the University of Cincinnati, Woodland Lakes Christian Camp, and Mt. Healthy Christian Village, where he served as chaplain and administrator from 1983-1998. After living in Lexington, KY, and Holiday, FL, Bill returned to Mt. Healthy, where he lived as a resident until his death.

Bill is the beloved father of William "Billy" (Cassie) Stauter, Beth Stauter (Oluf Nissen), Susan (Kenny) Stockman, and Sharon (Gary) Thomas.  He is the cherished grandfather of ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  He is also the dear brother of Maurine (the late Jimmy) Hill, Rosanne Elder, and John Stauter.
