William "Bill" Shearer of Maineville. Beloved husband of 61 years of Carole (nee Koebel) Shearer. Loving father of Karen Shearer and Kimberly (Michael) Costello. Proud grandfather of Michael R. Costello and Katie L. Costello. Dear great grandpapa of Owen C. Hurd. Passed away September 9, 2019 at the age of 82. Bill dedicated his time to the Village of Maineville for many years serving as the Mayor, on the Parks Board, Fireman, and Council. He was a hardworking and dedicated man. Family and friends will be received from 11 AM - 2 PM on Friday, September 13 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 2 PM.
