TRACEY Willard R., Jr. "Randy" of Eureka, KS., formerly of Loveland, OH. Beloved husband of Kathleen Tracey. Loving father of William and Brian. Dear brother of Donna Rush, Debbie Young and Timmy Tracey. Cherished son of Willard R. "Bill" Tracey Sr. and the late Betty J. (nee Smith) Tracey. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Sunday, August 2, 2009, age 52. Memorial donations may be made to the Randy Tracey Memorial Fund, c/o any Fifth Third Bank location.
