Loving father of James (Mary) Armstrong, Kathleen Spray, Linda (Bill) Pearl, Frank Armstrong and John (Laura) Armstrong. Proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grand children and 1 great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary (nee Casey) Armstrong, 1 sister and 4 brothers. Also survived by numerous neices and nephews. He was enlisted in the United States Navy during World War II. Willard was a member of the Yeager-Benson Post #199 American Legion (Harrison, Ohio).
