Wilda Joan (nee Vaughters) Brown of Goshen, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on August 12, 2022 at the age of 88. Born on January 31, 1934 in Wheelersburg, OH. Beloved wife of the late Gene Olan Brown. Loving mother of Richard Brown, David (Sondra) Brown, Tim Brown, Carol Brown and the late Susan Elaine Brown and Steven Michael Brown. Caring grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Jim Vaughters. Cherished daughter of the late Howard Vaughters. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends. Friends will be received from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, August 18 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin on Thursday at 7 PM. Pastor Gary Griesser officiating. A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, August 19 at Goshen Cemetery, Goshen TWP, OH.
