Wilbur F. "Bo" Ruffner was born April 29, 1946 to Joseph and Zella (nee Robinson) Ruffner and passed away October 13, 2019 at the age of 73. Bo enjoyed fishing, spending time with his puppies and most of all spending time with his great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Rose (nee Redmon) Ruffner; children, Bob Ruffner and Bryan Ruffner; grandchildren, Jen and Manda Ruffner; great grandchildren, Evelyn and Easton Cales. Bo was 1 of 7 children. Friends will be received from 6-8 PM on Wednesday October 16, 2019 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28 Goshen, OH 45122, where services will be held on Thursday October 17, 2019 at 11 AM.
