Dear sister-in-law of Jason Ballard. She is also survived by her parents, William and Alberta Anderson and brother, William. Wendy passed away suddenly Friday, May 10, 2019 at the age of 52. She was a past Realtor with Signature Realtors and retired from Anchor Properties.
