Wayne Joseph "Joe" DeWald of Goshen, OH. Born on August 12, 1957 in Cincinnati, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2019 at the age of 62. Beloved companion of Patti Soaper. Loving father of Joseph A. DeWald, Jereme A. DeWald and Jamie Owens. Caring grandfather of Ashley DeWald, Leah Blevins and Mason DeWald. Proud great-grandfather of Jaxon Hetrick and Jonah Hetrick. Dear brother of Kevin DeWald, Guy DeWald and Scott DeWald. Cherished son of the late Kenneth and Mildred (nee Wuest) DeWald. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends will be received from 6 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursday, January 2 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where a memorial service will be held at 7:30 PM.
