Warren Oliver Rugh of Morrow, OH, formerly of Lower Burrell, PA. Beloved husband of 71 years to the "love of his life" the late Martha Jane Nace Rugh. Loving father of Cheryl "Cherry" (Jim) Ashworth and David (Bonnie) Rugh. Cherished son of the late Elmer and Katherine Rugh. Proud grandfather of numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. One of the Greatest Generation, awarded two Bronze Stars for service as a P-38 and C-47 crew chief in the Army Air Corp in the China/India/Burma theatre during WW II. Enjoyed over 60 years of officiating local area high school, junior college and Division I college sports. Avid golfer and passionate Steelers fan. Thirty-Seven year employee of the Gulf Oil Company Research Lab. Devout member of Grace Community Presbyterian Church. Passed away August 16, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends will be received from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, August 19 at Frank Gigler Funeral Home, 2877 Leechburg Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068, where services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 20 with Rev.
