IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Walter Joseph
Frank
January 1, 1935 – November 15, 2025
Walter Joseph Frank, 90, of Lynchburg, Ohio, passed away on November 15, 2025, surrounded by family.
Born January 1, 1935, in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of Henry Frank and Mary Frank-McCall. Walter spent his early years in Cincinnati before his parents moved to Blanchester during WWII. He graduated from Blanchester High School in 1955 and went on to serve his country in the US Army. Walter retired from Cincinnati Milacron after 35+ years of service. He enjoyed volunteering at the Hope House in Lynchburg, Ohio and served at St. Martin Catholic Church preparing food for church picnics.
Walter enjoyed hunting, collecting guns, gardening, and watching the Cincinnati Reds with his son and grandsons. He was very onery and loved to laugh. Walter was strong, hardworking, and dedicated to providing for his family. There was always work to be done and jokes to tell.
In his later years, he enjoyed sitting on his porch, watching the birds and appreciating the land he and his family worked hard on. He was content with his passing and ready to see his family that had preceded him. He was ready to be at peace in the arms of Jesus.
Walter was the beloved husband of Ruth Frank; loving father of Jeffrey, Christina, and Victoria (Robert); proud grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of eight.
Along with his parents, Walter was preceded in death by his sons, Kurt and Mitchell; grandson, Joshua Mitchell Frank; son-in-law, Curtis Lee Parks; brothers, Manfried Frank and Armin Henry Frank.
