Loving mother of Eddy (Carol) Dobbs, Kevin Dobbs, David (Karen) Dobbs, Scott Young and Matthew Dobbs. Caring grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Sue Perry, Michael Partin and the late Randall Partin and Narvella Manning. Cherished daughter of the late Tom and Betty (nee Burns) Partin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Vivian was a member of Old Time Missionary Baptist Church.
