Harper, Virginia Ann (nee Feulner) of Wellington, Florida formerly of Loveland. Beloved wife of Kenneth B. Harper. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Deborah and Earl Truncer of Colorado Springs, CO, Julie and Rodney Swonger of Wellington, Florida, Kenneth and Renuka Harper of Greenville, South Carolina. Grandmother of 7 grandchildren. Dear sister of Marlene (Jim) Arthur of Loveland, and Nancy (Dan) Watterson of Elizabethtown, Ky. Family request that memorial contributions be directed to the American Diabetes Assoication,Southwest Ohio Service Area, 8899 Brookside Ave., Suite 102, West Chester, Ohio 45069.
