Virgil Edward of Loveland. Loving and beloved husband of Iris K. (nee Foley) Davis. Loving and beloved father of Crystal L. Davis and Douglas L. (Carleen) Davis. Loving and dear son and son-in-law of Mr & Mrs James Davis and Mrs. Viola Phillips. Devoted brother and brother-in-law of Robert Davis, Thomas (Shirley) Davis, Genny Davis Baker, Rhudie Koenig, and Fritz Kattau. Preceded in death by Ruby (Walter) Ewald, James (Medella) Davis, Sgt. Leslie Davis, Loyde Davis, Grace Koenig, Janet Kattau, and Patricia Davis. He is leaving many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Virgil served with honor, during World War II, serving both in the Atlantic and the Pacific. Virgil was a member of Sycamore Presbyterian Church and The Masonic Order for over 50 years.
