Vincent Raymond "Vince" Kratzer of Lebanon, OH. Born on March 19, 1959 in Hartford, Ct. Passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015, age 56. Beloved husband of Michelle Lyn (nee Lewis) Kratzer. Loving father of Justin (Emily) Kratzer, Ashley Kratzer and Brandi Spicer. Caring grandfather of 6 grandchildren. Dear brother of Kim Radcliffe and Mary Allyson McKenzie. Cherished son of JoAnn (nee Wainscott) Yeazel and the late Vincent Raymond Kratzer Sr. Proud step-son of the late James Yeazel. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 4, 12 Noon at Pleasant Plain Presbyterian Church, 10198 St. Rt. 132, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
