Vicky L. Sandlin, 68, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019. She is survived by her children, Jamie Turner, Dwayne Turner, Dale Turner, Joe Turner, Kelly Turner, Josh Turner, and Brandy Spaulding; 24 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, James Spaulding; sisters, Patty Phelps and Joyce "Juice" Larson. Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Betty Spaulding; son, Brian Turner. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
