Cherished grandmother of Joe, Payton, Matthew, Maria, Brittany, Kevin, Katie, Jordan, Makayla, Cassondra, Bobbie-Joe, Alicia, Kyle, Cody, Austin, Stephen, Willie, Brandon, April, Keith, Keisha, Michael, Nathan, Kaylie, Tasha, Jacob, William, and the late Brian. Vickie is survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Passed away December 16, 2021 at the age of 69.
