Beloved wife of the late Walter Renner, devoted mother of Beverly (Philip) Seibert and Yevette (Greg) Jessen, proud grandma of Chad Seibert, Ellen Serbert, and Adam Jessen, loving sister of Cora Lee (Everett) Hasty. Vernus was known for her country cooking, her poetry, her sewing, and her service to others. She was a founding member of the Loveland Heights Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Abby (nee Bustle) Herron and nine siblings, Elzie Jones, Casper. Clarence, and Clyde Herron, Hazel Ball Renner, Helen Parker, Gladys Taylor, Carl Herron, and Lidia Margaret Herron.
