Vera V. (nee McClellan) Hill of Goshen, OH. Born on October 23, 1913 in Winston County, Alabama. Went home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2016 at the age of 102. Beloved wife of the late Robert Leroy Hill Sr. Loving mother of Jo Ann Phillips, Ivalee Lavon Jones, Robert L. Hill, Jr., Mary Lou (Bernard) Collins, Carol Ann (Michael) Dugan. Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Joel E. and Ader A. (nee Farley) McClellan, sons, Ronald C. Hill, Morris Lloyd Hill, granddaughter, Sharon, great-granddaughter, Melissa, 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Friends will be received from 6 - 8 PM on Thursday, January 28 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held on Friday, January 29, 11 AM. Interment, Myers Cemetery, Goshen, OH. Rev. Don Piercy and Pastor Ann Cox will be the ministers for Vera's services.
