Beloved wife of Arvin D. Woodall and the late Delno Sewell. Loving mother of Lonnie (Joanie) Sewell, Steve (Tina) Woodall, Patricia (Rick) Woodall Mechley, Pamela (Jack) Woodall Robinson, Delana (Roger) Thompson, Rebecca Hooks, Martha Bradley, Franklin (Rebecca) Sewell, Deanna (Charlie) Woodall Proctor. Cherished grandmother of twenty-three grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Sister of Irene Chapman, Curtis Mae Dykes, Juanita Chapman, and Robert Phelps, and the late Erma Woodall, Newman Phelps, Eunice Phelps, Carroll Phelps, Glendon Lee Phelps and William Phelps. Vera was also precedded in death by her parents Derill and Martha (Hargis) Phelps, and one grandson Stephen Sewell.
