Valinchia Victoria (nee Mink) "Vee" Doan of Blanchester, OH, was born February 10, 1923 and passed away March 31, 2018 at the age of 95. Vee worked at Continental Manor Nursing Home and the Allen Company. She enjoyed reading, sewing and gardening. She is survived by her children, Bobby (Terrie) Doan, Doris Hodges, Linda (Kent) Ward and Teresa (Terry) Brown; 15 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; brother, Dean (Gatha) Lovins; daughters-in-law, Ruth Doan and Louetta Doan; sister-in-law Elizabeth Lovins and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, mother and father W.N. Lovins and Minta (nee Cromer) Lovins; she was preceded in death by her husband Delbert Doan; sons, Donald Doan and Tillman Doan; brothers, Joe William Mink and Gerald Lovins; a sister Hester Rowe. Friends will be received from 11-1 PM on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM.
