Tracy L. Crowder of Milford, OH, passed away May 19, 2024, at the age of 51. Beloved daughter of Susan and the late Robert "Bob" Juillerat of Milford, OH. Cherished granddaughter of her "secondary parents", the late L.D. "Buck" and Ellen Steel. Caring niece of Dr. Kenneth F. (Charlene Foster-Steel) Steel of St. Augustine, FL. Tracy is also survived by her service dog and faithful companion, Chloe.

Tracy graduated with an Associates degree from UC Clermont before going on to earn her Bachelors degree in Social Work at Northern Kentucky University. She graduated summa cum laude. Tracy earned her state certificate license in the state of Ohio.
