Beloved wife of Larry Martin Counterman. Loving mother of Michael Patrick Fagin and Amy Raquel Fagin. Step mother of Suzanne Counterman and William Counterman. Proud grandmother of Athena Hubbard and Marius Hubbard and 8 grandchildren. Dear sister of Philip Joseph Fernandez, Carla Reed and the late Emanuel Richard "Chico" Fernandez. Cherished daughter of the late Emanuel Everett III and Betty Ann (nee Scott) Fernandez. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
