Thomas "Tom" Edward Arnold of Batavia, OH. Passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 76. Born on January 21, 1947, in Cincinnati, OH.

Beloved husband of 55 years to Sherie (nee Hirsch) Arnold. Loving father of Tim (Jen) Arnold and Mick (Tara) Arnold. Proud grandfather of Zach, Megan, Emalyn, Isaac and Clara. Dear brother of Richard (Kathy) Arnold and the late Jane Burkhardt. Cherished son of the late George and Helen (nee Betz) Arnold. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Tom worked for Metcut Research Associates as a mechanical engineer for 44 years. He enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting, watching movies, reading, traveling, telling stories, building and tinkering, and spending time with his grandkids and family.

Friends will be received from 5 PM to 7 PM on Monday, January 8 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, January 9 at St. Louis Catholic Church, 210 N. Broadway St., Owensville, OH. Fr. Timothy Ralston presiding.

Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery, OH.
