Dear grandmother of Jonathan Ballew, Jennifer Heard and the late Brian Ballew. Devoted great-grandmother of Chloe Heard and Camille Heard. Caring sister of Christine Walters, Emaree Lay, Paul Morgan and the late Aaron Morgan, Vernon Morgan and Eugene Morgan. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and relatives. Cherished daughter of the late Elva and Stella (nee Bays) Morgan. A graveside service will be held at the Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton, OH. on Saturday, July 7 at 10 AM.
