FRAZIER Thelma Mae (nee McCartt) of Loveland, Ohio. Beloved wife of the late Mont Frazier. Loving mother of Cindy (Brian) Worley and the late Hastel L. West. Dear step-mother of Brenda (Denny) Ratcliff. Caring grandmother of Heather (Jeff), Jade, Douglas (Angela), Robert, Matthew and Lindsey. Devoted great-grandmother of 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Nellie, Dorothy, Jack, Melvin, Denny and the late Ken. Cherished daughter of the late Bill and Flora (nee Strunk) McCartt. Pallbearers for Thelma Frazier are Brian Worley, Adam Worley, Jeff Tackett and Douglas West. Family request that memorial donations be made in memory of Thelma Frazier to the Hospice of Cincinnati, Inc. c/o Bethesda Foundation, Inc., PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, Ohio 45263-3597.
