Terry Lee Amyx, 47, of Goshen, OH., son of Mike and Sandra (nee Gibson) Amyx. Passed away August 4, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Kathy (nee Arm) Amyx; loving father of Amanda Amyx; proud grandfather of Sierra Amyx; dear brother of Sandi "Sissy" and Teresa; grandson of Marie Gibson; Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. A memorial service will be held at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio 45122, Friday, August 8 at 7:30 PM.
