Cherished aunt of Teanna Blankenship, Tyler Worthington, Nick Worthington, Hannah Worthington, and Shawn Mallery. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Carole (nee Kenser) Worthington. Passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 56. Tammy will be greatly missed by her close friends and family.
