Obituary
Tammie Ann Smith of Blanchester, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on August 26, 2025, at the age of 68.
She was the beloved wife of Larry Smith; loving mother of Adam (Shelly) Smith; proud grandmother of C Smith, Isaiah Smith, and Mackenzie Smith.
Tammie was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas E. and Joyce (Kauther) Siegroth.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Fellowship of Praise chruch, 8625 E, 8625 US-22, Clarksville, OH 45113.
