Tamara "Tammy" (nee Binkley) Rhinehimer was born October 1, 1960 to Donald Lee Binkley Jr. and Euelena Starr (nee Bray) Binkley and passed away November 8, 2017 at the age of 57. She was a member of the Wilmington Assembly of God, loved baking and her family, especially her grandchildren. Tammy previously worked at Airborne Express and in the cafeteria at Blanchester Schools. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Chester Rhinehimer, whom she married on May 27, 1978 ; children, Heather (Jarrod) Mandelstein and Donald (Rachel) Rhinehimer; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Wesley, Cassidy, Preston, Carlee, Carson, Josie, Cora and Cali; siblings, Randy Binkley, Denny Binkley and Terry (Gene) Doyle-Rowland; her mother-in-law Bernice Meadows. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers-in-law, Calvin Doyle and Robert Rhinehimer. Friends will be received from 5-8 PM on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the Wilmington Assembly of God, 609 W. Locust St. Wilmington, OH 45177, where services will be held on Monday November 13, 2017 at 11 AM. No graveside services will be observed.
