Szedi Roush, born July 21, 2011, passed away on June 12, 2026, in Blanchester, Ohio. Szedi's passing has left a profound sense of sorrow among all who knew her, as she was a beloved child, sibling, and grandchild.

She is survived by her devoted and loving parents, Richard (Georgeta) Roush and Andrea (Alex) Novak; her siblings Sam (Sophia), Szofia, Izabela, and Andrew; and her grandparents Rick and Judy Roush, Anna Simcsik, and Valentina Predoiu. Szedi also leaves behind a wide circle of aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Zoltan (Zsuzsanna) Novak and family, Robert Scalf, Randy (Kayla) Roush and family, Rusty (Brittany) Roush and family, Rebecca (Shane) Cromer and family, Donald (Rachael) Rhinehimer and family, Ruth (Richard) Huber and son, Ryan (Hannah) Roush and family, Rueben (Samantha) Roush and family, and Rosie Roush and family. Each of these family members holds Szedi’s memory close to their hearts.

A visitation to honor Szedi’s life will be held on June 18, 2026, from 10 AM to 1 PM at Blanchester Middle School, located at 955 Cherry St., Blanchester, OH 45107. Following the visitation, her service will take place at 1 PM. Friends and family are encouraged to gather, share stories, and celebrate Szedi’s life during these times.

Interment will take place at St. Martin's Cemetery, located at 20864 Ohio 251, Fayetteville, OH.

While Szedi’s life was tragically cut short, the love and memories she inspired continue to live on among all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the support and compassion from their community during this difficult time. May her memory be a blessing and a source of comfort to all who mourn her loss.
