Obituary
Sylvia P. Manning, 82, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019.
She was the beloved wife of Homer Manning; dear mother of Dave Manning, Robin Manning, Tony Manning, and Joe Manning; loving grandmother of Mira Cook, David Manning, Ashley Rodgers, Tony Manning, Joe Manning, and Whitney Manning; proud great-grandmother of eight.
Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, Odell Lynch and Mattie (nee Taylor) King.
Interment will take place a Westboro Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
