Sylvia B. (nee Shepherd) Eichmann of Maineville. Beloved wife of 56 years to Richard E. Eichmann. Loving mother of Robert J. (Paula) Eichmann and Sandra D. (Bart) Vaughn. Cherished grandmother of Jenna E. Eichmann, Robert "Joey" Eichmann, Jr., and Victoria R. "Tori" Vaughn. Proud step-grandmother of Melanie (Luke) Jamieson and Bryce Vaughn. Dear sister of the late Sandra Shepherd. Passed away June 16, 2023 at the age of 74.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center or to the American Cancer Society.
