Steve was a collector of many things including baseball cards, stamps, movies, music and Reds memorabilia. More than a collector, Steve was an avid Reds fan and Reds Network Administrator for 16.5 years. He loved to travel, which included 42 states and baseball fields new and old. He was a pilot, earned his degree in Aviation and was a flight instructor and groundskeeper at Lunken Airport. He was so proud to be rooted in Morehead, KY and lived in Hagerstown, IN, Lisle, IL and Toledo, OH. He graduated from Sylvania Southview High School in Sylvania, OH and Bowling Green State University, where he was the President of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Steve's personality may have been very unassuming, but was so revered that when he walked into a room, people would come to him. "Information is power" is a quote that he lived by, especially since he was a statistician by nature. He was a member of the AARBL Fantasy League for over 20 years. He had a tremendous love for our country and those who served and displayed his American flag proudly. More than anything, Steve loved his family. He was so smart, so respected and so loved.
