Beloved uncle of Shannon (Michael) Cruze, Jaime Luttrell, Elizabeth Luttrell, Clayton Blankenship, and Jackson Blankenship.
Caring companion of Laura Providenti and Jonathan Tipton.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial celebration for Steven at STIR Events, 7813 Ted Gregory Ln. Montgomery, Ohio 45242 Wednesday June 25th 5:00pm - 9:00pm. Balloon Release is at 7:30pm.
