WESLEY Steven "Steve" Allen of Martinsville, Ohio. Loving father of Eric Wesley and Amber Wesley. Devoted son of Ralph M. and Charlotte E. (nee Hinkle) Wesley. Dear brother of Barbara Tankersly, Paulette (Jack) Havens, Jane (James) Shepherd and Rusty Wesley. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
