Stephen K. Stover of Loveland, Passed away at his residence on August 26, 2025, at the age of 82. Stephen was born on March 6, 1943, in Lockbourne, Ohio.

Steve was a devoted father to Steven Richard Stover, Jeffery Allen Stover (Stacy) and Jamie Ray Stover (Heather).

He was a loving Grandpa to his grandchildren – Sadie Nobles (Leon), Sam, Jacob, Max and Olivia Stover- and his great-grandchildren, Stevie and Lanie Nobles, who brought joy to his life.

Steve is survived by his sister Dixie Lee Devores (Marvin) and many extended family and friends who loved him.

Steve is preceded in death by his son, Steven Richard Stover, father John Albert Stover, His mother, Gladys Swank Teets and his brother, John Albert Stover Jr.

Steve grew up in Lockbourne, Ohio and later moved to Cincinnati, where he worked many years and retired from Yellow Freight Trucking Co, a career that reflected his dedication and strong work ethic. He was also a member of the Masonic organization of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Beyond work, Steve was known for his quick wit, sense of humor and a love for the outdoors.

Steve especially loved spending time with his family and friends at his beloved log cabin home. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
