Shirley Mae Richards was born on May 25, 1947 to the late Hughie and Elfie (nee Cope) Davidson and passed away on May 6, 2014 at the age of 66 at home with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Rancel Richards; children, Kimberly (Becky Hillyer) Richards and Amy (Cory) Lusk; grandchildren, Laurel Smithson, Alexander Lusk and Mikhail Lusk; sister, Brenda Haviland; mother-in-law Mary Etta Richards; Very special friend Martha Wilson and many special nieces and nephews. She was a member of the "Girls of Summer" and was a very active "Nonna" and loved watching her granddaughter play sports. Friends will be received from 6-8 pm on Friday May 9, 2014 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
