Shirley "Libby" E. VanOver of Cincinnati, OH, passed peacefully on January 12, 2026, at the age of 65. Shirley was born on December 10, 1960, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Howard Raymond and Wylene (nee Hubbard) Leonard.

Shirley is survived by her devoted husband of 46 years, Jon VanOver. She was the loving mother of Nicole VanOver and Natasha (Steven) Smith; proud grandmother of Keiler Edwards, Alex Buerkle, Brooklyn Tincher, Mackenzie Smith, Gabrielle Smith, and Ethan Smith; and caring great grandmother of Mason Edwards, Ember Edwards, Finn Edwards, Khaliah Williamson, Kashtan Feck, Milliana Smith, Ayra Nieves, and Luna Nieves; and dear sister of Angela Riley, Stephanie Leonard and the late Gail Bragunier and Howard G. Leonard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
