Shirley Esther (nee Hakes) Haynie of Blanchester, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on September 25, 2021 at the age of 80. Born on August 26, 1941 in New Vienna, OH. Beloved wife of the late James Edward Haynie. Loving mother of Shelaine (Roy) Beasley, Kalaine (Russell) Weatherly and James Michael Haynie. Caring grandmother of Alexander, Z. Kyle, Brandon, James, Brittany, Clayton, Brian, Vicki, Steven, Jessica, Jaime and the late Jeffrey. Proud great-grandmother of Gabriel, Elizabeth, Blakely, Skylar, Walter, Ethan, Everett, Clayton Jameson, Carter, Adeline and Emilie. Dear sister of Joyce (Dick) Fisher and the late Paul (Rita) Hakes. Cherished daughter of the late Paul Garmin and Julia (nee Miller) Hakes. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family where face mask are required. Inurnment, Edwardsville Cemetery. A Celebration of Life gathering will take place from 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM with mask required on Saturday, October 2 at Morrow Church of Christ, aka Little Miami Christian Church, 6140 Ludlum Rd., Morrow, OH 45152.
